Shipping Policy

We deliver within Europe.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provide. Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective product, the delivery time is generally 2–7 business days from the conclusion of the contract or, in the case of prepayment, from receipt of payment.

The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed to you during the order process before you send your order definitively.

Shipping is carried out by a shipping service provider chosen by us. If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 BGB (German Civil Code), we bear the shipping risk. This means that the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods only passes to you upon delivery of the goods to you or an authorized recipient.

Should an ordered item exceptionally not be available or should delivery be delayed, we will inform you immediately by email.

Partial deliveries are permissible insofar as they are reasonable for you. This will not incur additional shipping costs for you, unless the partial delivery is explicitly made at your request.
